Activate a card account

Select Account

1. On the account dashboard, navigate to the left side of the screen.
2. Identify and click on the specific account you want to activate.

• The selected account should be highlighted with a distinctive yellow color.

Click on “Activate Card” button

When you click the button, a text box for the “CVV” will pop up, ready for your input.

Stop the Activation Process

If you wish to cancel, click the “Activate Card” button again.

Input your CVV

1. Enter your CVV and click the “Activate Card” button once more.
2. Confirm the action in the pop-up notification

If you entered the CVV incorrectly

An error message will be shown on the screen. Don’t worry, just double-check your CVV and try again

Confirmation of successful Activation

1. If the CVV is entered correctly, you will receive a notification confirming the successful operation.
2. “Pending Activation” text and “Activate Card” button will disappear from your account.
